And ‘what happened during those years’ is STILL HAPPENING! 🙁 and the trail of destruction is NOT forgotten!
The true causes have never been (and may never BE) addressed. The result is ever-more complex legislation based on flawed premise: that Bureaucracy can govern Family life.
